Join Alice for this one hour vinyasa flow practice where you'll be invited to flow through creative sequences with an emphasis on finding strength, stability and grace. As well as exploring yoga asana (posture) you'll also be invited to practice pranayama (breathing practices) as well as meditation and relaxation. Expect to leave feeling grounded, yet energised, and ready to take on your Sunday! £12 per class.

This class is open to all, especially older individuals, or those who have limited range of movement. The class is perfect for those who wish to enjoy the benefits of yoga, but who are unable to get up and down from the floor with ease. The class is also suitable for anyone who is recovering from an illness or injury or managing a chronic condition such as arthritis, MS, long covid, fibromyalgia etc. Sliding scale payment recommended between £5-£10.
