During this one-hour gentle practice you'll be guided through floor based postures as well as gentle flowing standing sequences. You will be introduced to breathing techniques, relaxation techniques, restorative yoga postures as well as meditation. The combination of which will allow the body to deeply unwind and relax. The class is open to all levels, beginners are particularly welcome. Those suffering from anxiety, stress, fatigue would particularly benefit from this practice.

Vinyasa Flow
Wednesdays, 19:00-20:00

During this one-hour energetic practice you'll flow through sun salutations, standing and seated postures, with a focus on breath & mindfulness. The class is open to those who wish to explore a slightly more dynamic pace however, there will be plenty of time for rest and relaxation included.

Chair Yoga
Thursdays, 11:30-12:30

This class is open to all, especially the elderly or those who have limited range of movement. The class is perfect for those who wish to enjoy the benefits of yoga but who are unable to get up and down from the floor with ease. The class is also suitable for anyone who is recovering from an illness or injury or managing a chronic condition such as arthritis, MS, long covid, fibromyalgia.
