This workshop is suitable for yoga teachers and practitioners. Whether you have experience of chronic pain or would like to learn how to support your students better who are in pain.

About me:
I am a yoga teacher, yoga therapist and sports massage therapist with over 6 years experience working in this field. I am also someone who lives with arthritis. Through my education and personal experience living with chronic pain I am able to deliver both an objective and subjective insight into this fascinating, and sometimes complicated, subject matter. I am passionate about sharing my life’s work with others, in the hope that this information will change lives, just as it’s changed my own.
