No headstand experience necessary! Learn how to practice Chaturanga with more clarity and ease. We use this pose all the time in our flows – perhaps you’ve fallen into bad habits? We’ll go through the mechanics of Chaturanga, starting with exercises and tools to help strengthen the muscles, followed by a flow incorporating our new skills. Then we’ll transition into the headstand which in essence uses the same muscles as Chaturanga. Goodbye bad habits and injuries, hello strong Chaturanga!
