Join Alice for a two hour nourishing workshop in building mental strength and resilience during these difficult and uncertain times. The workshop will arm you with practical tools to manage stress and anxiety in order to navigate life with more ease and joy. The workshop will include asana, pranayama, meditation and journaling prompts. All are designed to help you to reflect, process and release built up tension and stress to bring you back into a state of balance. You will also receive a short home practice after the workshop which you can then use in times of need. The workshop is open to all including those who are managing high levels of stress, anxiety and overwhelm. As well as those recovering from covid and managing the long term effects of the illness (such as breathlessness, fatigue and brain fog.) Alice is a qualified Yoga Therapist and is experienced in delivering yoga in a way that is open and accessible to all. If you are managing a specific health condition such as chronic fatigue, chronic pain, MS, fibromyalgia then please get in touch as this workshop may also be suitable for you.
