Advance your asana practice and learn how to safely navigate crow pose (and it’s variations) and headstand. Crow and headstand build the foundations for mastering all other arm balances and inversions, so this will be a great workshop to start building the strength and confidence to take your physical practice further.
The workshop will start with a warm up flow and some strengthening exercises. We’ll then break down each pose, learning how to use the props and the wall to aid our practice, leaving time at the end to play, ask questions and enjoy a cup of tea.
For those who are interested in joining for lunch after then message me and I can arrange!
A consistent yoga practice is required if you’d like to join, although you do not have to have any inversion or arm balance experience. Please message me if you have any questions / concerns about your suitability.
All yoga mats and props will be provided.
