Private & Small Group Sessions
Private yoga sessions are tailor made to suit the needs of the individual. They are great if you are new to yoga and would like to learn the fundamentals of the practice before joining a group class. They are also extremely useful for experienced practitioners looking to deepen and refine their personal practice. Private sessions can include tuition on yoga asana (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), and meditation, with 1-2-1 instruction, modifications and adjustments. As a trainee yoga therapist I am also able to offer yoga therapy to address specific needs such as; illness, injury, pain, stress and anxiety. Small group sessions (2-4 people) can also be arranged, which could work well for family or friends who wish to practice together.
