Alice’s classes are great. I attend an evening class: the room is softly lit, with music to accompany the practice. This helps if you are feeling a little self-conscious about your level of flexibility as you don’t feel exposed. It’s a great work out: balance, core strengthening, toning, linking this all with the breath & mind. Alice is great at showing you modified versions to make sure you get the best out of your practice. She will help you get into the stretches etc. And practices alongside you, which is good. It’s a great, no pressure hour where you can feel as though you’ve worked out but also calmed your mind at the same time. I joined with limited yoga experience & have really seen the benefits. Highly recommend these classes & Alice.
