After a year of running, I was experiencing hip pain which was hampering my progress. Alice treated me over an eight week period with weekly massages which were great and pain-relieving, and also gave me a series of home-based exercises to complete to help strengthen the muscles which were the underlying cause of the pain and stiffness. The combination of the two was fantastic and really resolved the problem – I am now a real convert to strength training, and the massages were fantastic. Highly recommended!
