During this one-hour gentle practice you'll be guided through floor based postures as well as gentle flowing standing sequences. You will be introduced to breathing techniques, relaxation techniques, restorative yoga postures as well as meditation. The combination of which will allow the body to deeply unwind and relax. The class is open to all levels, beginners are particularly welcome. Those suffering from anxiety, stress, fatigue would particularly benefit from this practice.
