Sunrise Flow & Meditation

Start the day by gently awakening the body and settling the mind! During this 45 minute practice you'll be invited to mindfully flow through sun salutes, standing and seated postures. We'll finish with mindfulness meditation which can either be practiced seated or lying down. The movement practice will be suitable for all levels and you don't need to have previous meditation experience.
