During this one-hour gentle practice you'll flow through standing and seated postures, with a focus on breath & alignment. The class is open to all levels, beginners are particularly welcome. All you need to bring with you is an open heart...and a mat if you have one. (Contact Alice if you don't as there are spare mats at the church.)
The room will be softly lit with fairy lights and candles, accompanied by relaxing background music, yoga bricks, straps & lavender eye pillows are provided. This will be a great class to gently unwind from the day and the perfect place to start your yoga journey.
