As a bloke I was apprehensive about going to yoga if I’m honest, always thought it was a fuss about nothing and not the men like myself, i can truly say I was pleasantly surprised to find out it was worthy of the hype.
I found it really helped with my flexablility and helped shake off a gym injury.
After the yoga session I felt good, energised even, basically better than I did when I went in.
Alice was great, clear and confident and also very helpful to a novice like myself.
I would massively recommend it to anyone no matter what your physical ability.
Don’t knock it till you’ve tried it – believe the hype!
